Friday nights seem to be riding the wave of SriLankan and Indian curries lately.
Amandhi's favorite India recipes: Palak paneer is cheese cooked in a thick spinach and ginger spiced sauce. Dhal Makhani is traditionally black urid lentils cooked in a rich tomato sauce. These two dishes on steamed rice is an absolute delight, vegetarian or not!
It took Amandhi a while to decide what to Potluck this week. So if you guys have any ideas, wishes, suggestions or cravings - please let us know. Inspiration and a challenge are always welcome. Who knows, you might just get your dreams cooked through :)
